Considered as a top branch of the river sports, kayaking enables you to enjoy all the emotions that a white water river can offer. Continuous concentration, advance thinking and adventurous spirit will be a must if you wish to develop your skills within a week time to a level, that you can practice kayaking alone afterwards. Working on your balance and control will be the first things to learn as these will help you to successfully enter and exit out of the flow, move across it, run small rapids etc. Starting from easier stages and exercises you will end up with kayaking in more difficult places depending on your level and the water conditions in the river. Building confidence is what we will try to teach you as this is the most important factor, which will help you with the white water skills – vital in a dynamic environment like a turbulent river in spring in summer. Ferry gliding, breaking in and out, turning, edging, low and high brace are the main skills you will have to master using as a main tool the ability to read and understand the white water and react adequately only with your paddle.
